The Company was created by Jude Wijegoonawardena (CEO) & his wife Joanne Wijegoonawardena (Director & Company Secretary). It all started when Jude & his wife went to Sri Lanka on holiday in January 2024.
Jude was very intrigued by the idea of investing in a BPO project and was eager to explore it further. The conversations lasted several weeks, and plans and drafts were made. Jude and his wife returned to the UK with the idea of opening a company right away, and JJ&C BPO Solutions Private Limited was created in March 2024. The name stands for Jude, Joanne & Company.

Educated at St Thomas’ College Mount Lavinia and Left after O/Levels to The UK to Pursue a Career to become a Chef. Did his Chef Diploma at The Famous Westminster Kingsway College in London Victoria. Jude has over 25 years’ experience in the Catering and Hospitality field and has worked in Various Restaurants, Hotels & Golf Clubs and is now working as an Executive Chef for Birchwood Golf & Country Club Since 2017.
Jude Comes from A Family of Caterers. Jude’s Father & Grand Father were Partners of the famous Grosvenor Caterers who were Airline Caterers till the late 1980s when the company was nationalized.

Joanne completed her education at St. Lawrence’s Convent Colombo 6 in 1998 and started her career at Studio Times Ltd as A Front Office Executive in 2000 and worked her way up to be Personal Assistant to The Managing Director in 2009. She left Studio Times in 2011 to pursue a career in Early Years Teaching. Joanne worked as A Nursery Teacher in Sri Lanka for 2 years and left for Dubai to continue her career until 2019. Joanne married Jude in 2019 and migrated to the UK in 2020. She is currently working as A Senior Educator and Deputy Manager at a private Nursery in London.
